Because of the mailing list, message board, or other features of the site that require e-mail addresses to be given, some people might be afraid that their address will fall into the wrong hands. So, to assure you of your privacy while visiting this site, I have written up a short privacy statement:

The automated mailing list is completely confidential; others who subscribe to the mailing list will not be able to see your e-mail address/screen name on the e-mail itself. The only person able to see your address is the webmistress. Your e-mail address will never be sold or given away to anybody other than myself.

All newsletters will be sent from the webmistress' personal e-mail address, ZarebahMireth@aol.com. You will never be contacted through the site other than the confirmation e-mails, mailing list updates, and replies to e-mails you send, or unless there is a legitimate reason. You will never be sent spam by myself or from this site.

Additionally, you will never be asked for any other personal information, such as your name, address/location, etc. The only thing required to subscribe to the mailing list is your e-mail address itself.

This website and its creator have no way of knowing who you are unless you sign the guestbook or leave a post on the message board; and if you do so, only the information you fill into the posting form will be available to the public. When you fill out the posting form, the only thing required is your name; all the rest is optional. You may use a screen name, nickname, or alias, if you do not wish that your real name be seen by the public.

When you sign up for membership of the Comlink, it is necessary to give your e-mail address, but only other members of the board can e-mail you, and their e-mails are sent by the board itself through a mailing form that they must fill out, so the members do not send you mail through a traditional e-mail form. In the unlikely event that you would receive spam from another member, this member should be reported to me, the administrator.
